Zoom Rooms Video Conference Solutions

Everything you need for Zoom Room Solutions

Zoom Enterprise Solutions- Taking Video Communications To A Whole New Level

Zoom Rooms are a popular Video and Audio Teleconferencing platform. Off the shelf consumer-grade Zoom Room systems often do not provide good audio and video for the larger conference rooms. For smaller huddle rooms, these systems can be adequate, but often they lack the quality demanded by corporate clients.

Additionally, these self-contained systems do not provide for integration of other zoom room elements such as lighting and shades, as well as allow BYOD and BYOM’s.

Brands We Use

JVN Systems often integrates Crestron’s Mercury tabletop unit along with 4k Displays and a Video Camera below the displays. The ZOOM Room Control App runs on the Mercury unit just as it would on an iPad or tablet. Crestron Flex kits, including Mercury units for smaller rooms, can be combined with Audio Solutions from Shure, Biamp, and QSC. Video Displays of various sizes are professionally installed on a variety of mounts and provide for the appropriate amount of Video for the room size. Some of the displays we utilize are from major manufacturers like Samsung, Sharp, Panasonic, LG. Professionally cameras with Pan Tilt Zoom features are affordable. Some of the brands we employ are Aver, Huddly, Logitech.

2. Bring Your Own Device

Walk into the room, open your laptop, and connect to start your meeting.

Rooms, where user groups vary or simplicity is the ultimate goal, may see advantages a “Bring Your Own Device” system can provide. A USB/HDMI connection is the only user interface in the room, and once a connection is established, the user device will be able to utilize Microphones, Cameras, and displays in the room.

Rooms designed with more integrated video conferencing solutions can even incorporate a BYOD alternative so that participants could choose to use the in-built room system or their own device.
